Chelsea Handler not looking for relationship [Video]

It's no secret Chelsea Handler is one outspoken, independent woman, but now she's telling the world she doesn't need a man to be happy.

Us Weekly reported the late night TV talk show host was on Piers Morgan Tonight embracing her single status.

"I'm in a happy time in my life," she said. "I'm not on the prowl. I've never been on the prowl. I do like men, though."

And to prove it, the 36-year-old, who recently split from hotelier Andre Balazs, listed what she likes in men.

"I like to be challenged. I like men who have something going on. I like men who are successful, who aren't very dependent on you," she said. "I like for them to bring something to the table that you haven't brought to the table yourself. And I like them in small doses."

Handler's previous boyfriends include 50 Cent, Ted Harbert and Dave Salmoni, and she said she isn't on good terms with all of them but she's still open to marriage.

"Walking down an aisle in a white dress, no, I don't dream wistfully about it," she said. "I've considered marriage at different times in my life, but I've never come close to marriage. No one's ever proposed to me."

She's also got opinions about other people's marriages, including Ashton and Demi's, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

"I don't know them personally very well, but I think it's pretty obvious that they probably had a lot of open marriage-type situations. I think they probably had a lot of good times with some other women," she said.

"They probably had a lot of threesomes that led to twosomes without Demi and that leads to a divorce."
