Chelsea Handler makes vibrator joke in Mayor Bloomberg letter

Chelsea Handler has brought up her vibrator in an unusual appeal to Mayor Bloomberg. She wrote him in support of animal-advocacy group NYClass, which wants to replace horse-drawn carriages with eco-friendly, horseless ones in Central Park. She says her carriages get a 10-to-12-hour drive on just one charge even my vibrator doesnt do that. Bloomberg rep Samantha Levine responded, The horses are phenomenally well-cared for, and we support the industry in New York.
