Pippa Middleton spends the weekend in New York with Chelsea Handler's ex Andre Balazs

Pippa Middleton spent Labor Day weekend in New York City and The Hamptons as a guest of hotelier Andre Balazs.

The younger sister to the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, Pippa, 28, was seen at the seafood restaurant Catch in the Meatpacking District of NYC on Saturday.

People reports that the next day, she took a sea plane with Balazs over to Shelter Islands Sunset Beach, which Balazs owns.

While there, they engaged in tourist-like activities, The New York Daily News reports.

At night, she went to the Electric Room at Dream Downtown with former New York Ranger Sean Avery and his friend Milk Studios owner Mazdack Rassi.

She was only there for a short time, said a source.

Middleton has last been linked to Alex Loudon, and Balazs split with Chelsea Handler not too long ago.

With her book Celebrate: A Year of Festivities for Families and Friends coming out on October 30, Middleton is reportedly in New York to attend meetings.
