Rekindled couple Chelsea Handler and Andre Balzs were clingy Tuesday night when they stepped out to a black-tie dinner in LA together. The two, who reunited over Grammy weekend after splitting in November, left no doubt they were back on, posing cheek-to-cheek at the Chateau Marmont bash thrown by Harvey Weinstein and Vogue in honor of Charlie Chaplins 40-year-old honorary Oscar. Guests included The Descendants director Alexander Payne.
